Re: Nickelodeon vs Disney vs Cartoon Network
i totally inspired this topic!!!
1990's cartoon network. always and forever.
they had good shows the entire decade. mostly, hanna-barbera cartoons (which of course are the GREATEST cartoons in my opinion)
nick only had like 4-5 years worth of cartoons for people
disney.. no way. i remember when you had to pay for it! i didn't like it when it started showing cartoons anyways.

Re: Nickelodeon vs Disney vs Cartoon Network
i like nickelodeon and cartoon network. but it depends on what time of day XP
Re: Nickelodeon vs Disney vs Cartoon Network
Disney had...
Rescue Rangers
Tail Spin
Goof Troop
Duck Tales
Darkwing Duck
Nick had...
Doug
Ah! Real Monsters
Rocko
Ren and Stimpy
Rugrats
Cartoon network...
Courage The Cowardly Dog
Johnny Bravo
Samurai Jack
Dexter's Lab
It really is a hard choice. Since I'm talking '90's, Disney wins. If it were today then Cartoon Network would win hands down.

Re: Nickelodeon vs Disney vs Cartoon Network
All the new Cartoon Network shows make me so uncomfortable. I mean "new" as in Chowder(worst show, hands down), Adventure Time, Flapjack etc. They're so unbelievably weird/awkward. As far as live action shows, early 90's Nick wins.
Wild And Crazy Kids
Salute Your Shorts
Are You Afraid Of The Dark?
Hey Dude!
What Would You Do?
Double Dare(NOT DD2000)
Should I go on? :p

Oh yeah, Nick wins for non-cartoons hands down.
I have all the episodes of Are You Afraid of The Dark?
Side note:
Does anyone remember Eerie, Indiana?! It wasn't on Nick but was amazing.

i honestly might have to beat you up, tj!! chowder is hilarious. the animation is great! (although i am a HUGE cartoon nerd here)
and all 3 cartoons you mentioned deal with surreal happenings which is what people love about cartoons!
they are different from other cartoons cause they all can't be alike. i'd hate music if it was all alike
i'm glad people are talking about cartoons!! everyone always brings up american idol, house, and lost and i have no idea what they're talking about
hanna-barbera cartoons always&4evar. (cartoon network played them the most so of course i'm sticking with them!)
that logo will stick with me til da day i die.
MOAR CARTOONS! GET RID OF THE OTHER STUFFS

Need to check this shit if I can find the time. I'm currently using a one month free trial for Netflix to watch all of Arrested Development haha.Mike T wrote:if anyone has netflix instant que, rugrats, ahh real monsters, hey arnold, rocko's modern life and beavis and butt-head are all available.

Re: Nickelodeon vs Disney vs Cartoon Network
It is hard for me to decide. I remember a lot of old shows that don't really get brought up nowadays. Legends of the Hidden Temple anyone?
I love a lot of the old cartoons and it's hard for me to say which station was the best over all. There's to many factors to take into consideration, they all had great shows.
On a side note @Heather, I would die for Lost.
